Duties and Responsibilities: Dermatologist offer consultation, diagnose and treat patients have skin conditions. They also refer patients that have skin conditions. They also refer patients to other specialists, they record patients health histories.

Salary: The median income for a dermatologist is $283,000 with a range of 100,000 to 500,000

Education: To become a Dermatologist you will need to go to college, earn a bachelor’s degree, go to medical school and become a medical doctor (MD). you will also need to do an internship 1 year and list 3 years a residency program in dermatology or pathology for at least 4 years.

Demand or Need for this profession: Employment of physicians and surgeons is projected to grow 18 percent from 2012 to 2022, faster than the average for all occupations.
